At Ravenaura, we want you to love your apparel. we must enforce strict guidelines to ensure the safety of all our customers.
Returns
Unopened Products: We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Opened/Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any cosmetics, skincare, or personal care items that have been opened, unsealed, or swatched.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@ravenaura.com with your order number and proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@ravenaura.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
